Size Guide

Dogs come in all shapes and sizes, in fact they are the most varied in size of all species and they range from the Chihuahua at around 5" tall to the Great Dane at 7 foot tall when stood on its hind legs. Ordering the right size for the correct fit is very important for your dog's comfort and wellbeing. Please make sure you take your dog's measurements to order the appropriate size. This is vital for orders of bespoke and made to measure items which are not returnable unless damaged of faulty.

It is imperative that you choose the correct size of coat for your dog.

Measure your dog’s back (2) and chest (5) for all standard stock coats and use all the measurements for bespoke and made to measure items. Please allow enough ease on your dog’s clothing and do not have them too tight.

Make sure you dress your dog appropriately for the weather, making sure they are neither too hot nor too cold. In all cases be aware of your dog’s behaviour and any signs of shivering should be addressed with a coat or jumper. If not they need to get to a place of warmth and comfort. Panting is a sign of your dog trying to cool down and a drink and shade will be needed. Dogs also cool down through their paws and it is good for them to stand in shallow water to help cool down. You can also bathe their feet with water and always carry a bottle of water for your dogs on hot days.

Dog Beds & Blankets

Beds and Blankets are available in the following sizes

Small - 60cm x 50cm
Medium - 80cm x 60cm
Large - 100cm x 80cm
Extra Large - 120cm x 100cm

Humans sleep on average a third of their lives, your dog sleeps on average two thirds of their life so it is essential that they have the most comfortable bed you can provide for them.

The size of the bed should be big enough for them to lie on their side with all legs outstretched and easily have enough room around them.

We recommend you order the same size blanket as they too can be used to sleep on.
